Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. No charges are processed until the time of service unless a cancellation or no-show policy is enacted. All cancellation and no-show fees are automatically processed to the card on file.
If an emergency arises, please call as soon as possible. While the policy is consistently upheld, I will review situations individually when appropriate.
